David Bay is a producer, DJ, and electronic live act from St. Pauli, Hamburg. He blends indie spirit with the pulse of disco and house. Known for his 70s-infused style and analog-driven sound, he creates music that feels both timeless and modern—equal parts dancefloor release and powerful songwriting. After DJ appearances at Pacha Ibiza and on HÖR Radio, live shows at SXSW and The Great Escape, and a European tour supporting Purple Disco Machine, he’s now stepping into the spotlight as a headline artist. His first own tour, live ’25, kicks off this November with shows in London, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, and more. On stage, Bay establishes a cinematic presence: vintage clothes, commanding grooves, and a knack for turning every set into a journey—with the tension of a concert and the euphoria of a club night. Off stage, his productions balance sharp electronic edges with organic textures—guitar, bass, synths, and vocals that cut straight to the heart. Recent releases on Toy Tonics, Nervous Records, Future Disco, and more have marked him as a distinctive voice in the new wave of European disco and house. With each release, he continues to push forward, building a sound that is unmistakably his own.
David Bay ist Producer, DJ und elektronischer Live-Act aus St. Pauli, Hamburg. Er verbindet Indie-Vibes mit der Energie von Disco und House. Mit seinem 70s-Spirit und analogem Sound schafft er Musik, die zugleich zeitlos und modern wirkt – irgendwo zwischen hypnotischen Tracks und ehrlichem Songwriting. Nach DJ-Auftritten im Pacha Ibiza und bei HÖR Radio, Live-Shows auf dem SXSW und The Great Escape sowie einer Europa-Tour als Support von Purple Disco Machine spielt er nun seine erste eigene Headliner-Tour: live ’25 – mit Konzerten in London, Paris, Brüssel, Berlin und weiteren Städten. Auf der Bühne überzeugt er mit Vintage-Looks, High Energy und dem Anspruch, jede Show mit der Spannung eines Konzerts und der Euphorie einer Clubnacht zu erzählen. Abseits der Bühne balancieren seine Produktionen druckvolle Elektronik mit organischen Elementen – Gitarren, Bass, Synths und Vocals, die ehrlich und warm klingen. Veröffentlichungen auf Labels wie Toy Tonics, Nervous Records und Future Disco haben ihn als markante Stimme der neuen europäischen Disco- und House-Welle etabliert.
